LocalProConnect is an online platform that connects local service providers with individuals seeking their expertise. We help you find various services, from home repairs to pet care, tutoring, event planning, and more, all within your local community.

To join LocalProConnect as a service provider, you can visit our website and follow the registration process. After registering, you can create a profile and list your services for the local community to discover.

The translation on our platform is provided by a third-party service, and while it works well in most cases, it may not always recognize the right context, resulting in some differences in the translation. This can also happen with currencies. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases. However, when you pay for a service, the checkout page will display the correct price in your currency, ensuring a smooth and accurate transaction.

Our search feature is designed to display results based on how users enter their service information. It may not always display everything due to region differences, translation, and other factors. To ensure you find what you're looking for, try to search using keywords and descriptions that match the services you need.

LocalProConnect is not responsible for any issues that may arise for example between service providers and users. We provide a platform for connecting, but the transactions and agreements are solely between the parties involved. Please exercise caution and due diligence when engaging with service providers or users on our platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to use images in your service listings. LocalProConnect is not responsible for any copyright issues that may arise from the use of copyrighted pictures. Please make sure to use only images for which you have the necessary permissions and rights.

The image size limit of 5 MB is set due to limited server resources and to ensure smooth performance of our platform. In the future, we aim to increase this limit to accommodate larger image sizes for a better user experience.

To request your personal data, please use our Contact Us form, specifying "Personal Data Download Request" in the subject. Upon receiving your request, we'll verify your identity and process the download of your personal data within 30 days.

If you've paid for a service and it's not appearing in your "My Services" list, there might be a delay in processing. Please allow up to 1 to 2 hours for the service to appear after a successful payment. After waiting for this period, refresh the "My Services" section in your account. If the service still doesn't appear, ensure you completed the payment process successfully.

Please note that if you've navigated back from the payment page or if there were interruptions during the payment process, the ad may not be displayed immediately. If you encounter this issue after the waiting period, use the Contact Us page and include your order ID which starts with a '#'. Our team will help you display the ad or if necessary arrange a refund.

If you canceled the payment during the process and can't find your service in "My Services," there's a way to resolve this issue. Go to your profile and navigate to the Orders section. You'll find the pending order there, which you can complete within 20 hours to have your service listed on the site.

In case you encounter any problem after paying the previously failed order within 20 hours, and don't see your service in the "My Services" section or on the site, please Contact Us and include your order ID which starts with a '#'. Our team will help you display the ad or if necessary arrange a refund.
